Workout motivation can be… a little hard to come by sometimes. Finding that little piece of inspiration that gives you fitness motivation, and then STAYING motivated to work out and keep up with a healthy lifestyle… that’s even harder to come by.

The concept of “motivation” is pretty elusive, especially when you’re talking about something so random as workout motivation, or fitness motivation, or even just healthy lifestyle motivation.
