Overnight Oatmeal

This oatmeal parfait requires no cooking. Just combine ingredients in a mason jar, put it in the fridge overnight, and enjoy in the morning.

INGREDIENTS

  • 71g / ⅔ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 136g / ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

PREPARATION

  1. Combine ingredients in a large mason jar (or divide between two mason jars). Cover tightly with lid and shake. Set in fridge overnight to chill.
  2. Remove from fridge next morning and enjoy!
